Just did 100 squats, 100 toe touches and 100 cross over jabs while boiling the kettle and making a cup of tea. Need to get myself a treadmill or cross trainer or something so I can start a HIIT program.

New Years Resolutions:

  1. Stay on top of finances.
  2. Pass first year of uni with as near perfect grades.

Now excuse me while I go back to sitting on my fat ass reading manga.

I’ve had two people ask today if I really am pregnant.

I ate diary. I’m lactose intolerant. I bloated enough that I looked like I was pregnant. We made a joke. Sarcasm does not transcend over the internet very well. I also hate children. Fact.

Christmas Eve dinner!

So Monday afternoon, a bunch of my friends and I went to Trev’s house for Christmas Eve dinner. Only a few family members were included so it was really lovely to spend some proper time catching up with everyone. Dinner was ah-mazing! Michael and I brought ice cream, Hannah made a salad, Rachel made a chicken pasta bake, there was a Thai beef salad, a lamb (I think?) noodle salad, bread rolls, homemade giant Wagon Wheels, custard, cherry cheesecake, a veggie salad, bread rolls aaaaaand I think that was it. I don’t know, there was so much food. All I remember is going back for seconds, ha!

We drank lots, watched MTV Christmas songs, talked so much shit, made a dick joke thanks to Bella being naughty, and then opened our Secret Santa presents. I had Denise, so I bought her 6 large wine glasses and a big block of Toblerone, which she loved (: Michaela had me, so she got me an amazing purple yoga mat so we can do Bikram yoga together next year! Denise had Michael, and he got the coolest Chewbacca slippers. They’re actually so cool. Michael had Paschal so he got him Howl’s Moving Castle on DVD. Bella had Hannah, so she got this really cool decanter for red wine. Rachel had Bella and gave her this really cute solar garden lamps. I can’t really remember who got who and what after that, and you probably don’t care. Larry came over eventually since he didn’t have any plans, and we stayed up to midnight to wish each other Merry Christmas.

I woke up in the morning hungover, which was the plan so I wasn’t mad about that. Bella cooked up the best breakfast, as always, and then Rachel drove me home. There ya go!

Plan "make sure I'm hungover on Christmas Day"

Result: Success.

Dear Santa (aka myself),

Thank you for toilets, greasy breakfast foods, blue Powerade, and cigarettes. You’re a champ!

Mentioned to Michael earlier today about how I bought blonde hair dye to lighten my hair. He has never given me a death stare like that before. If looks could kill, I’d be dead right now. Good thing the only reason I’m dying my hair really light is so when I chuck in the other colour I bought, it really stands out. I’m sick of dying virtually black hair with colour dye and only being able to see it in the right light for like six days and then it fading into some weird brown mix.

If that fails, I’m just gonna dye it all blue-black because I’m fucking over it.

So it's almost the end of the year and I thought it's probably best I note down what ruled about 2012 before I forget:

  1. I’ve held down my longest running job.
  2. I love my job, even on the shit days.
  3. I’ve been living out of home for over a year now.
  4. I somehow still manage to pay everything without going totally broke.
  5. I’m working on my savings - even though I add like $2 a week. Still!
  6. New body modifications.
  7. I basically taught myself how to drive a manual car.
  8. Through that, I learnt how to face fears head on and actually get through them.
  9. I applied for university and got in.
  10. I’ve managed to keep up with every single loan payment and have successfully hit under the $12,000 mark.
  11. We’ve passed every house inspection with flying colours.
  12. Hannah moved in.
  13. Michael and I had our very first Christmas together.
  14. It was the first Christmas I had with Ichigo.
  15. I’ve learnt how to love my body, on all levels.
  16. My hair has never been longer.
  17. I have never been this thin before.
  18. Michael and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary.
  19. Melbourne for my birthday.
  20. I don’t have to work Christmas or New Year’s Day this year.
  21. My implanon has been successful.
  22. Big boobs, thigh gaps and protruding collar bones are not important to me, and they shouldn’t be to you, either.
  23. Quit the gym: started eating better.
  24. All the help and support I’ve received from my mother.
  25. I have not gone crazy with buying all sorts of things for myself and being selfish like I thought I would’ve.
  26. 2012 was the first year in a long time where my anxiety and depression did not get the better of me.
  27. I’ve made real friends at work. I received a Christmas card from one of my favourite co-workers, was invited to dinner by some others (I didn’t go in the end), Laura and I now have lunch dates every second Friday together, and people actually ask how my life is going even though it has nothing to do with work.

I am so proud of myself. These might seem like mediocre things to you, but they’re important enough for me that I don’t want to forget them. This has been the most life changing year of my life to date. Growing up ain’t so bad after all. I am so content with the person I am today and I cannot wait to grow some more next year.

Here’s to the rest of my life!

Shout out to all my vegan people!

I need your help! How does No Egg go in something like French toast? I wanna try it but I don’t want to ruin my favourite meal.

Haven’t been on tumblr as much lately. Been too busy with Sims 3 and reading Lolita to care for my cyber journal. My sim’s boyfriend called her out on a date to the beach to watch the sunrise.

Sorry not sorry.

Saturday night.

Saturday morning I was greeting with the noise of Hannah doing the washing. We decided to take a quick trip to Ikea, after she had booked her Bali flights, because we need a few things to help keep the house tidy. We debated whether Bali or Fiji was a better holiday destination; each hard arguable points. Bali is cheaper; Fiji is less populated. Bali has better shopping; Fiji has better resorts. Bali has similar weather to Australia; Fiji has the opposite (which means if I go for my birthday, it won’t be cold). In the end, neither of us found what we were looking for. We did, although, bump into Whitey there and had a quick catch up.

I had a quick shower when I got home and organised dinner plans with Rachel. I made my way down to her’s at like 6:40pm, and we had chicken enchiladas for dinner! She even bought me a little garden salad because she knows I love my salad. We sat down to watch tv/listen to music when we decided to invite Trev. He brought apple pie and ice cream for dessert (: We sat up drinking and singing along to classic 90’s pop songs because we’re shitheads like that. Rachel somewhat converted me to a 1 Direction fan (they’re catchy as fuck, back off) and we watched some Tom Felton youtube vids because we love him.

We put Fern Gully on and somehow all of us got sleepy immediately. Chuck made sleeping slightly difficult. Rachel always has the fan on when she sleeps, but I got cold because Chuck kept pulling the covers off of me. Woke up in the morning slightly hungover, more or less just a headache, went and got breakfast at a nice cafe. Rachel’s poached eggs were too salty, my chai latter could have been creamier, and if my body’s telling me correctly, I didn’t get soy milk like I asked.

I am now home and unable to put my sentences together with proper structure. This isn’t entertaining in the least. Bite me.

Dear Diary (blogger)

I will not be participating in your, lack for a better word, social networking website tonight. I have Dragon Ball Z season #1 to watch on marathon mode with a bottle (or two, idk) of red wine with my name on it. I will, although, be updating my thoughts on Dragon Ball Z via Twitter. If you don't already follow me, you should (I'm fucking obnoxious beyond belief). My username is bianca_hellcat - get on it.

Have a great night because I sure as hell will!

15 reasons why today ruled!

  1. Thought I was running late for work but I turned up on time, as per usual.
  2. Thought I would be there until 3pm. Turns out I was only on until 2pm. Got to go home an hour early, yeah!
  3. Managed to avoid all the feces today at work.
  4. Made last minute plans to hang out at the beach with friends.
  5. Found my old bikini top and still fit in it. Disappointed my rack doesn’t look ace in it anymore but whatever~
  6. Hung out with Trev, Rachel, Emma, Trev’s uni friends, Larry, Jane, Upto, and England.
  7. Played frisbee with Trev’s uni friends. FYI I suck.
  8. Saw a sting ray swim past us in the shallow end of the shore.
  9. “Rachel, is it wrong if I’m watching that baby in the floating pool ring thingy and just waiting for it to face plant it on the shore?”
  11. We left at 7pm; the sun was still up and it was still hot.
  12. Cold shower after the beach.
  13. Beach hair!
  14. Did my mini work out challenge. No problem-o.
  15. It’s suddenly 9pm and I am sleepy already.

Uni class registration: 50825208670139859130850247683 - Bianca: 0

Celeste is coming over tomorrow to help out because it’s doing my head in. I am so confused ):

Outfit of the day:

  • Black bodysuit/leotard
  • Denim cut off shorts
  • Black imitation Vans

I had to stand on the bed to take this. He immediately tickled my knees and made me fall backwards. Forever falling for him, literally.

Thursday, December 6, 2012

Today has been good to me.

  • Went for a walk along the beach with Trev in the sunshine.
  • Watched Tangled with Michael.
  • Called Hannah a whore for cancelling on me, haha.
  • Went shopping with Trev.
  • Bought new make up.
  • Got refitted and bought a new bra. I am totally a 8D, which is super fucking fantastic. The new one I bought fits like a glove. Hell not happy that I have to get padded bras because of my stupid ribs being all weird and shit, but ohwell.
  • Got my helix pierced today. Son of a bitch was painful and slow. I am not looking forward to going back and getting more, ha. I missed the feeling so much and was totally worth it.
  • Tim gave me a discount as well. Love that man.

Have you ever kissed someone goodbye forever?
Probably. No big deal.

Last name of the last person you texted?

In winter, would you rather wear jackets or hoodies?
Either or.

Last night's last minute unplanned bbq dinner with supreme people.

Last night's Outfit of the day:

  • old Harley Davidson shirt I stole from my mother
  • Bardot oversized flanny shirt
  • old and ripped Sass & Bide jeans
  • cheap black wedges

Dear Stuart. Thank you for making a salad without onion because I don't like onion.

Last night’s last minute unplanned bbq dinner was so much fun.

This morning’s wake up after roughly 5 hours sleep was not so much fun.

Locking myself inside my car on accident and having a panic attack because I thought I was trapped was also not fun.

Thinking I had a short shift at work and realising I was on a long shift crushed my soul.

Coming home to do my uni class registration and giving up in fear and frustration was enough to make me scream.

Eating mushroom & ham cous cous, with a side dish of boiled eggs with paprika sprinkled on top, made me happy again.

+ that cup of tea I made to perfection.

Sweet baby jesus.

And here I was thinking that I hadn’t made any progress. I don’t want to call this a “before and after” shot or anything, because I know there was nothing wrong with the body I had before; I just didn’t like it.

Most people are afraid of getting older, and I’ll admit I once felt like that, too. But these days, I look at myself in the mirror and I have never been happier with myself than right now.

Today is a good day.

Finally got my new laptop ! I’m not used to something that’s so light and with a smaller screen + keyboard. It’ll take a while to adjust but I’m okay with that. I downgraded laptops. If you’re into your technology as much as I am, that’s a pretty big step in the wrong direction. I’m still happy with my choice.

If only re-installing/downloading all my programs from my old laptop to my new one was an easy process. This is the part I hate the most. Oh well.

I’m gonna see how this new baby fairs up to my old one with Sims 3 and Diablo III tonight. You know, after I’m done installing all the patches I have to catch up on. /sigh.

Sunday Supanova with Tom Felton was amazing.

Tom Felton signed a photo for me at Supanova on Sunday. He asked how to correctly pronounce my name, and when I said whatever’s easier for him, he said he likes that because I’m easy going. Yeah, and he confirmed that he was at the Woolshed on Thursday and Friday night drinking beer towers ! Of all places.

When I woke up Sunday morning, I wasn’t exactly sure if the room was spinning because I was still drunk or super hungover. It was like 8am when I woke up and Rachel came in to make sure I was getting ready to leave. I had some water, burped a few times, and then forced myself to vomit. It tasted like cheeseburger and I had chunks of pickle stuck in my throat afterwards. We left, got maccas and Powerade on the way, and tried to pull each other through our hangovers.

It cost Rachel $7 to park at Supanova, which is a bloody rip off. Might as well have taken our souls. We waited in line for aaaaaaages since we got there really early in hopes that tokens to see Tom Felton hadn’t sold out already. When we got in, we raced to the Supanova Sale Stall, bought our tokens and then went go wait in line for our photograph. The girl told us to come back later since we were super early, so we decided to walk around the stalls and see what was there. I bought a Tardis pillow thingy for $25, even though I said I wouldn’t buy anything. I found my friend, Nat, working at a stall and picked up the posters she had for Michael. We talked for a bit about how hungover we all were and then made our way to line up for our photograph.

During our time waiting in line, we talked about how excited we were to see him and how we were going to react. When we walked in, we were so in shock we didn’t really talk to Tom. Our conversation was more like noises. We hugged him so tightly I think we may have frightened him and then had to leave pretty much straight away because they don’t let you hang around. Since it was going to take an hour before a photograph was printed, we debating whether or not to pay for an autograph from Tom as well just so we could speak to him some more. We went with yes.

Rachel got some lunch and then we walked around the stalls some more and had a look at almost everything for sale. Rachel took some photos of me with various cosplayers and other awesome things, then we made our way to the line up for Tom’s autograph session. We spoke about what kind of questions we were going to ask him and how we had to “play it cool” when we got to talk to him. The staff member sitting next to Tom wrote down our names on a sticky note for him so he knew how to spell our names. Because my name has various pronunciations, he asked me how to say it. When I told him whatever’s easier for him, he said he liked that because I’m easy going. He said that he had previously offended some people for not pronouncing their names correctly and didn’t want to make another mistake. He was so sweet and lovely and nice and wow.

Before we walked away, Rachel asked him about whether or not he had been at the Woolshed on Friday night, since a friend of mine said he was there. He said he went both Thursday and Friday night. He didn’t say anything about being there Saturday night, which I’m kind of glad he didn’t because we almost went there Saturday night and I would have killed myself if I knew he was there and we didn’t actually go.

We then went outside and laid on the grass in the sunshine while we waited for his Q&A session to start. We both nearly fell asleep because of how hungover we were. I got some food and then we got in the line up for the session. It was ridiculously long. We got in the seated area, which was good because we needed to sit, but super annoying because we couldn’t actually see Tom on the stage. A lot of people asked questions, and he said, “Hello, lovely,” to every girl that he spoke to. I absolutely adore the way he speaks. I suppose it’s because he’s from the UK, but he’s very articulated and uses words that we just don’t on a regular day. His accent is rather gentle as well.

A little boy asked him what his favourite spell was, which he said Explliarmus. He then asked the little boy what his favourite spell was, which he said Avada Kedavra, hahahahahahahahaha. It was really cute.

After the session was over, we pretty much high tailed it out of there. We were exhausted from all the walking, lining up and pure excitement of the day that we felt like passing out. When I got back to Rachel’s, I packed my bags up, left and then went to Looker’s where all the boys where at. You don’t really care about that part. We just sat around smoking and talking. I had the best sleep Sunday night.

Saturday night’s antics were so much fun, even if I have bruises and scratches in places I don’t remember hitting.

Saturday night was Hannah’s pre-birthday drinks. Her birthday is actually next weekend, but Rachel has an engagement party to go to, so we moved it to the weekend that just went. Hannah, Trev, Rachel, Paschal and myself went to Rachel’s house for pre-drinks. We ended up playing Kings since Paschal had never played before. Trev drew the Joker twice, and by our rules, it meant that he got to make up two rules. The first was that you had to drink with the opposite hand, and if you didn’t you had to drink again; the second was that you weren’t allowed to use words with the letter E in them, or you had to drink. I drew a 7 (the card that allows you to leave the table) and stuffed it in my bra. Every time Rachel tried to steal it from me, I fought her off, except for one time where I bit her because she wouldn’t give up.
I managed to vomit a little bit thanks to Rachel’s disgusting performance of picking her nose and eating her snot. I literally stood up and vomited in the garden 0.3 seconds after she put her finger in her mouth.

We got two taxis to town since there were 5 of us going and no mini buses available. We met at Maccas on Hindley St, where I stuffed myself with a cheeseburger for the first time that night. We discussed where to go since Hannah hadn’t really picked a place and settled of Zhivago. Paschal wanted to go to Casablabla, but Rachel didn’t want to because she didn’t like it there. Rachel wanted to go to Rocket Bar, but we decided against it because you have to line up to go out and smoke (yeah, right). On our walk to Zhivago, I suggested the Duke, since we completely forgot it was up the street. The line for Zhivago was super long so we quickly made a run for the Duke. We paid $8.30 for vodka, which is fucking bullshit; danced enough that I managed to hit the wall and table or whatever drunk shit I did; took some photos; requested Get Shaky for Hannah’s birthday, but the DJ said he had already played it so he said he’d play something else for us; bumped into a few friends that were there for their birthdays; sat in the beer garden until the band left; then decided to go somewhere else.

I’m not entirely sure on the order of events from this point onwards so forgive me if I get them wrong. We then went to Maccas again (?), stuffed myself with another cheeseburger, and then I think we chose to go to the City Nightclub because it was down the street and we didn’t want to walk far. We paid to get in; got 2 free Skittlebomb drink cards + 1 extra free choice drink card because it was Hannah’s birthday; danced a shitload; requested some songs; sang at the top of our lungs; aaaaaaaaaand danced with the pole on the stage because I could.

I think we then went back to the Duke, where we met up with Anthony and his work mates. We danced some more and had a few more drinks out in the beer garden. They closed off the beer garden shortly after we got there so we chose to leave again. We went to Club 58 (/shudder) only because Anthony’s friend could get us in for free and we had nowhere else to go. I’m pretty sure this is when Paschal and Hannah left us (or something) so it ended up just being Rachel, Trev, Anthony and myself. When we got to Club 58, the DJ recognised me from the Duke, so he let Rachel and I up onto the DJ stand where we could dance. He played us some songs that we requested and gave us shout outs continually.

Rachel’s feet began to hurt so we decided to go home. We walked down to King William St to catch a taxi from the rank. When we got back to Rachel’s, Paschal and Hannah were still awake, so we just chilled out together. Anthony practically passed out in Rachel’s bed as soon as we got there. We laughed some more; Rachel fell asleep on the floor in front of the heater; and Trev almost had to carry me to bed because I was too drunk and tired to move myself.

Rachel is the best and I love her.

Was sad because I’m going to be broke until next Thursday.

Clean eating and working 8 hours on my feet all day is starting to pay off. Most people struggle to stick to diet restrictions, but I'm a pro at it. A few more weeks and I'll be good as new.

Saturday was an interesting day. My work held a fete, which is where I bought the typewriter, shoes and etc. and some other yummy treats. I think I spent $10 for the whole day. I browsed through all of the stalls we had; pet a lamb; fed some baby sugar glider possums; pet an owl, which nearly gave me a heart attack because I fucking hate birds; pet a Blue Tongue Lizard; sat with a couple of my residents and talked to them for a bit; watched the raffle draw; and then went home.

Saturday night, Rachel text me and we made spontaneous plans for drinking in town. I actually had money for once and the weather was great. We had pre-drinks at hers, and caught the worst fucking cab ride into town I’ve ever experienced. Our driver practically had his foot on the fucking floor the whole time he was driving, took corners way too quickly and too sharply, and then kept slamming the brakes on at the last fucking minute. It was so rough, I vomited. Twice. The first time, I sneakily vomited because it came up without notice. I managed to hold down most of it, but about a handful came up. I quietly dropped my vomit on the car floor, and then told him he needed to pull over. I vomited the rest of what would have come up in the street. I made sure my legs covered the bit I had in the car. When we got out, I didn’t say anything and we walked away.

We got to McDonald’s, I washed my hands, told Rachel and then we ate a burger each before going into HQ. Once we got in, she ordered two drinks, we went outside for a cigarette, and then Nadia and Jenna found us. They went to get more drinks and Rachel and I went to look around the club. Our favourite part of HQ, Soho, had been changed. It was outside where you could smoke, drink and dance, but they moved it to an upstairs section. When we got up there, it was terrible. The music had changed, it was too quiet, and if you stood too closely to the edge of the balcony, people below could see up your skirt/dress.

We eventually left and made our way to Rocket. On our way through the McDonald’s car park, I actually heard the worst “pickup line” ever. One guy turned to his friend and said, “She looks like she has a box gap,” then offered me some chips. I know I’m skinny and all that jazz, but fucking christ, there’s more to me than my body. We ignored them and kept walking. By the time we got to Rocket, there was a massive line up. The security guard there kept pushing everyone “back into line” because they were apparently making the line too big or some shit. We casually made friends in the line, some douche recognised my Fullmetal Alchemist tattoo and took that as an invitation to get way too friendly with me, and we debated whether waiting in line for 30+ minutes was really worth it. We eventually got in, found our friend behind the bar who poured us extremely strong vodka drinks for the price of one, danced around and sang to the best 90’s songs we remembered, went to the rooftop bar, then decided we were over it and wanted to go home.

We made a quick pitstop at the shisha house because Rachel wanted a yiros before leaving. While waiting for her food to be made, I found Harry and Sammy outside. Turns out the boys plus Many were in town trying to find people to have fun with. They ordered peach shisha, we sat around and talked for a bit, then we went looking for a cab home. The cab ride home wasn’t nearly as bad as the trip into town, but this fucker was going 20-40km over the fucking speed limit and practically never slowed down for the speed humps. We went over them fast enough that Rachel and I were bouncing around in the back seat. I wish I had taken the names and numbers of those drivers so I could have called their companies to complain. Put my life in danger with reckless driving and you will fucking hear about it.

We fell asleep within minutes despite being sober and woke up relatively early Sunday morning. Despite the shitty cab rides and the vomiting, Saturday night was fucking loads of fun. I wish I took photos.

I don't even.

Last night, my mother did a spray tanning course and used me as one of her guinea pigs. I held up my bra so you can see the difference. Once upon a time, before I had a Nintendo 64, I used to go outside and was naturally this dark. She said she used the “medium” shade. Medium, my ass !

Monday's puppy play time.

My best friend, Rachel, fosters puppies until they have their medicals done and find new homes. Yesterday she got three 8 week old Cocker Spaniels x Blue Heeler puppies. The one being held here is Dallas. There was also Simba and Beethoven. Rachel’s only got them for two weeks, so Hannah and I made the most of it last night.

This is Simba asleep on my lap. We had to wake them up constantly so they would actually sleep last night. Turns out Rachel took them to bed but they woke up again.

We watched Big Brother, ate dinner, played with the puppies outside, and then came home. I still smelt like puppies when I got home.

Yesterday's outfit of the day:

  • Black singlet
  • Black cropped sequined sheer top
  • Black pleather high waisted shorts
  • Black imitation vans
  • Black Underoath hoodie (not shown)

I wear a lot of black. Bite me.
