Feeling much better about it. The moves don't seem so complicated anymore, and I don't feel so unco either. As long as I can keep up this mentality, 12 weeks will be nothing. After this challenge, I plan do to yoga for half an hour every second day, and a long brisk walk every other day. Motherfuckers, I'm going to be fit as before my birthday, which will make hitting my mid-20's so much easier.
Another plus that I love about getting fit is that my stress and anxiety levels will be under control. It's a good way to relax (:
