Healthier dinner for once~

Tonight’s dinner:

  • 1/2 cup brown rice, boiled in microwave because I’m lazy
  • 1/2 frozen mixed veggies added
  • 25g frozen chopped spinach added
  • 2 hard boiled eggs

Trying to be healthier with dinner. Gluten free as well ! I think next time I’ll use less rice because it was super filling. Or maybe 1 egg instead.
